Racial Harmony Day

Today we had to send the kids to school in “a traditional ethnic costume” from their home country. I’m not really sure what that is for the United States. I briefly considered a cowboy outfit, but that is a bit pretentious or I could go with an “I Farted” t-shirt and a Budweiser ball cap, but figured that would be a bit too nail-on-the-head. Liam’s teacher also requested that everyone bring a “traditional delicacy” to share. We whipped up some mini Pumpkin Pies and sent along some aerosol whipped cream.
(Full disclosure: I found the recipe online, Marieta actually made them.)

Way to Google up the recipe! Don’t work too hard! Kids look like they have been going to school in MN for years. Was great to see you when you were in town and keep up the posts.

Looks like traditional dress to me if you are from Minnesota. Looking good boys! Great to see a new post up.
